This basement was remodeled from an unfinished recreational area, with an adjacent laundry room and furnace room. The basement now includes a main family room with a gas fireplace, a full bathroom with a claw foot bathtub, a storage closet, a laundry room with built-in shelves and an enclosed furnace room. The asbestos floor tiles were replaced with different sized ceramic tiles throughout the basement.
